Of course! Before you create an offer letter, make sure to confirm you preference: 

  1. Click Terms on the left-hand menu

  2. Check I want to use my personal Title Company

  3. Enter in the Title Company's information

  4. Our Bungalo team will work with them directly to close on your home.
